You will need to download a few files from me.

1. update-mailstats.pl 
2. mailstats.pl
3. mrtg-mailstats

Put these files in your /usr/local/bin directory. If you are FTPing these to your IMGate box from a Windows machine, be sure you enter "hash" and "bin" so you don't corrupt the files. But it save a big step to download it directly to your IMGate machine.

cd /usr/local/bin
ftp ftp.mattcave.net
cd /pub/postfix/mrtg
bin
hash
get update-mailstats.pl
get mailstats.pl
get mrtg-mailstats
quit

You will need the following programs. Download them here, we'll compile them later.

• gd - A basic drawing program
• libpng - Produces PNG graphics
• zlib - Compresses the PNG files for web viewing
• MRTG - Multi Router Traffic Grapher
  Download it from me or check for the latest version from:
  http://ee-staff.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/pub

One more thing. I ran into a problem and needed a special Perl script. So you may want to download this one. 

• File Tail

If the above looks too complicated, ftp to the following server and get everything in the directory:

ftp ftp.mattcave.net
cd /pub/postfix/mrtg
bin
hash
mget *

Say Yes to everything
