| Now that my
router's OS was updated, it was time to configure it so I can surf the
web till my eyeballs fallout.
My home network uses the 192.168.0.xxx
IP's. You know the Free IP's! The router's default IP is 192.168.0.1.
That's what I was planning on when I setup my network.
So I point my browser to http://192.168.0.1/.
I just followed the on screen instructions for setting up my router. I
chose Typical and it took me through a wizard. I just entered my
ISDN phone numbers, username and password for accessing the Internet,
the phone number of my Internet provider and away I went. I couldn't believe
how easy it was. You don't even have to put in your SPIDs. |
